Software usability and the user experience have become increasingly important and will arguably be the most important factor in a program's success in the next decade. Usability in the Software Solution

The user experience is analysed in every phase of the project. A usability section is included in almost all documents. All test plans contain usability testing.

Measuring usability

Usability can be measured via a number of indicators:

• Are users able to find information and accomplish tasks?
• Are users able to accomplish tasks quickly?
• Are users able to select the correct path to find information?
• Do users enjoy using the solution?
• Are users frustrated or confused by the solution?
• Which features of the solution to the users like, dislike and will use the most?
