Risk is the uncertainty of solution parameters that may lead to the possibility of loss or failure. It could be anything from solution failure to a missed deadline. Risk management, continuous risk assessment and decision making occurs throughout the solution lifecycle.

We make initial risk identification and analysis at the envisioning and planning stages of the solution. Our team then accesses, monitors and actively manages risks throughout the project until they are solved or handled. A risk analysis is an important piece of the requirement and functional specifications.
